To break your heart forever

$95.00

For winds and percussion.

This past summer, my wife Erika and I welcomed our first child, Kinsley, to the world. Needless to say, we’ve been overjoyed (and at times overwhelmed) with this incredible gift, which has changed forever the things I hope for. In a world that’s so dominated by fear, so misguided by intolerance, and so lacking in compassion, one of my most closely held goals as a parent is to teach our daughter how to find and accept love everywhere she goes. The title of this piece comes from a poem by Diane Di Prima called Song for Baby-O Unborn, which expresses this sentiment better than I could.
